Amazon Delivery Job Project

I'm currently working on a multi-year project on how Amazon is using technology and subcontracting to deliver packages. I am interviewing delivery workers at USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Flex and Amazon DSPs (Delivery Service Partners - essentially a franchise within the Amazon delivery system). I'm comparing the way drivers work at each company and how they think and feel about their jobs.
The project is funded by grants from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. It is intended to contribute to both academic and policy debates.
The experiences of drivers themselves is the foundation of the project, but I am interested in all perspectives. So far I've interviewed about 115 drivers and have about 35 more to go. If you're a package delivery driver, manager (UPS, Amazon, FedEx or USPS) or an owner (DSP or FedEx) and would like to participate, contact me at steveviscelli1 @ gmail.com.
Interviews are anonymous, one hour long, and compensated with a $75 gift card. You don't have to be very experienced to contribute, even drivers new to the work are welcome to participate.
Check back here for updates as the project progresses.
